My Story
I am a leadership and executive coach and experiential facilitator who helps professionals and leaders navigate change, uncertainty, and growth with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.
With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and more than 7 years in coaching and facilitation, my work brings together leadership development, mindfulness, embodiment, and inner transformation. I support people in strengthening the inner foundation needed to lead and live with greater self-trust, resilience, and impact.
Professionally, I have worked across corporate, consulting, and facilitation environments, supporting leaders and teams in areas such as leadership development, talent growth, workplace wellbeing, emotional intelligence, stress and energy management, and organizational mindfulness. I am passionate about helping people navigate transitions, reconnect with their strengths, and step into a more authentic, grounded, and empowered version of themselves.
My work was shaped by my own journey. In my early 30s, after facing a series of personal challenges and being diagnosed with breast cancer at 32, I was called into a profound process of healing and inner transformation. That experience taught me that meaningful change begins within. It led me to rebuild my life from a deeper place of alignment, and ultimately inspired my mission to help others do the same.
Today, I blend the structured and strategic with the intuitive and embodied. My approach integrates coaching, leadership development, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help individuals move through transitions, reconnect with who they are, and create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
I’m also a strong believer in prioritizing my health and cultivating my well-being so that I can shine, fully show up, and provide support to others. It is from this place that I serve and step into my mission to work with individuals who are transforming from the inside out and evolving to their next level selves with the coaching, mindfulness and embodiment practices that I offer.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a certified Personal and Professional Coach (PPCC) through Concordia University, a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), and a Certified Organizational Mindfulness Facilitator and Teacher with the Institute of Organizational Science & Mindfulness (IOSM). My work is further shaped by an ongoing commitment to personal growth, self-awareness, and embodied living.
My own wellbeing remains a core part of how I live and lead. Practices such as mindfulness, meditation, movement, journaling, hiking, running, and intuitive dance continue to support me in staying grounded, energized, and connected to myself. They are not separate from my work. They are part of the foundation from which I serve.
